• Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
• Active interaction with customers by calls, mails, edm, flyers or other social media.
• Works persistently to acquire new accounts and lead generation in assigned territory or customer base.
• Take care of customer life cycle management, include acquisition, nursery, development and prevent lapsing.
• Routine works like make an inquiry to the designated suppliers, quotation, order receiving, follow-up to POs, marketing campaign execution, manage customer profile, paperwork and may visit customer upon needs, etc.
• Support to field sales, especially for key accounts; also need to take care of middle-to small accounts with ownership.  
• Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

任职要求

  

• College degree or above, major in biology/science will be preferred
• 4 years of relevant experience in sales assistant, customer service or marketing specialist
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) business systems
• Full category Purchasing Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred    
• Good communication skills and clear mandarin pronunciation. Proficiency in written English and computer skills
• Advanced knowledge of procurement fundamentals (e.g. Negotiation skills)
• Excellent Excel and PPT skills
• Outgoing, confident, patient personality and customer-oriented attitude
• Team player, high ethic standard, and also desire for a long-term career in sales
