We are looking for a driven IT professional to join us as IT Infrastructure Specialist. 

Main responsibilities:

-Manage the overall function over company's infrastructure & workplace services.

-Understand company's infrastructure needs and bring ideas forward.

-Follow-up and report on agreed KPIs to IT Manager.

-Monitor systems and network performance, perform troubleshooting , repair and data restoration.

-Continuously report and interact with the IT team & other stakeholders regarding necessary development issues.

-Secure that committed and decided development issues are implemented.

-That agreed document technical design map e.g. within the area of responsibility is in place and updated.

-Manage New Hire and Exit process.

Requirements:

-Previous experience of managing IT infrastructure services.

-Understanding of the area of IT services.

-Education level, preferred university degree in the area of system management or equal.

-Requested technology areas:

  1.Microsoft Windows (Server and Client)

  2.Microsoft Active Directory

  3.Apple Mac OS/X (client)

  4.Cloud Technology (perferrably Azure)

  5.Local Network strategies

  6.International Network and VPN services

  7.Web and API technologies

  8.IPsec and Dynamic Routing protocols

-Preferred technology areas:

  1.ERP experience 

  2.Adobe CS 

  3.Computer Security

  4.Firewall and VLAN structure

  5.Cisco Meraki

  6.WiFi encryption and authentication levels

-Entrepreneurial and a flair for thinking innovatively.

-Ability to build excellent working relationships both internal and external to the company.

-Making sure documentation are in place.

-Following company guidelines regarding security and accessibility.

-Strong communication skills.

-Good written and spoken English.
