Responsibilities:

? Identify, analyse and evaluate EC strategies and initiatives that will result in business growth.

? Lead EC annual activation calendar and co-creation activities with all EC relevant platforms, like Red, JD , Tmall and etc. to improve business outcomes, ensure cross functional alignment of goals and approaches.

? Drive strategic partnership also JBP between PRC and EC giants to nail down mutual resources as growth foundation.

? Develop suitable tools and metrics to match/track/measure/optimize EC strategic initiatives/big campaigns.

? Allocate MKT social platforms resources and initiate platform oriented social commerce project with proposed budget.

? Engage with internal partners as required to learn and influence EC trends, remaining forward-thinking about non-product opportunities and pioneer initiatives.

? Motivate the integrated cooperation among key internal stakeholders to synergize all investments to maximum.

Required skills and experience:

? 5+ years planning experience in Ecommerce related field

? Full-service co-op experience with EC platform is must
