岗位职责：

1. 负责公司供应链及生产运营管理体系的建设及优化，提升运营效率；
2. 根据公司年度经营策略，制定采购、计划、生产等目标并落地实施，达成年度运营目标；
3. 开拓新的供应商及委外工厂，保障供应商的优良性；管理及维护供应商合作关系，保障公司生产物料的稳定供应；
4. 把握行业动向和市场趋势，收集市场信息并制定采购策略，向公司管理层提供建议。包括：分析及对比行业主流供应商的分布、技术能力、服务水平、价格，竞争对手供应商现状等；
5. 根据公司研发项目进程，及时与供应商沟通协作，在采购、物流、生产等各个环节保证按期交付；
6. 负责本部门的发展规划及日常管理工作，包括：人员管理、能力建设、流程优化等；

                            

任职要求：

    

1.全日制本科及以上学历，10年以上中型企业运营管理经验，其中至少5年以上半导体行业供应链及生产运营管理经验；

2.熟悉采购流程及采购相关质量管理体系，有采购降本的实践经验，较强的供应商开发、评估管理能力；

3.有丰富的物流资源及实践经验，能够缩短芯片生产周期，降低物流成本；

4.熟悉半导体晶圆代工厂，封装测试厂的生产流程，有Foundry及封测厂商的合作资源及沟通协调经验；

5.良好的商业谈判能力，熟练运用财报数据，良好的成本和投资回报率意识；

6.具备强烈的事业心、责任感及团队精神，有丰富的团队管理经验；

7.流畅的英语听，说，读，写能力，能将英语作为工作语言。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the construction and optimization of the company's supply chain and operation management system，and improve the operation efficiency.
2. According to the company's annual business strategy, formulate procurement, planning, production objectives and implement them to achieve the annual operation goals.
3. Develop new suppliers and outsourcing factories to ensure the quality of suppliers; manage and maintain the supplier cooperation relationship to ensure the stable supply of production materials.
4. Grasp industry trend and market trend, collect market information and formulate purchasing strategy. Including analyzing and comparing the technical capability, service level and price of mainstream suppliers, status of competitor suppliers.
5. According to the company's  R&D project schedule，communicate and cooperate with suppliers timely to ensure the delivery of procurement, logistics and production as planned.
6. Responsible for the development planning and daily management of operation department, including personnel management, capacity building and process optimization, etc.

Requirements:

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of operation management experience in medium-sized enterprises, including at least 5 years of supply chain and operation management experience in semiconductor industry.
2. Familiar with purchasing process and related quality management system, have practical experience in purchasing cost reduction, strong ability in supplier development and evaluation management.
3. Have rich logistics resources and practical experience, can shorten the chip production cycle, reduce logistics costs.
4. Familiar with the production process of semiconductor wafer foundry and packaging and testing manufacturers, and have cooperation resources, rich experience  in communication and coordination with foundry, packaging and testing manufacturers.
5. Good business negotiation ability, be able to use of financial report data skillfully, good sense of cost and return on investment.
6. Strong sense of dedication, good responsibility and team spirit, and have rich experience in team management.
7. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Be able to use English as the working language.
