• Key Responsibilities
  The candidate will be working in SSC Finance for Fashion Group China, which supports total 7 brands in mainland China.
  This role will handle tax related work for a few brands within Fashion Group China, to ensure tax daily operation, and provide professional support to brand business, fully support Accounting manager – Tax to minimize the tax risk for all brands.
  
  Key work responsibilities are: 
  
  Tax Function
  ? Make sure tax related accounting entry to be booked accurately before monthly closing deadline. 
  ? Perform Tax calculation (e.g. DTA, CIT) and Declaration Report (e.g. VAT, Stamp Duty, IIT) strictly follow current local tax regulation.
  ? Closely work with accounting firm to perform Tax Filing/RPT Form Declaration with full compliance 
  ? Prepare all tax reports (e.g, brand HQ, tax bureau and other government agency etc.) internally and externally to be submitted on time with high accuracy.
  ? Tax Registration, information update as well as deregistration work for WOFE and Branch Stores per business needs.
  
  Others
  - Closely work and communicate internally and externally for efficient co-operation
  - Maintain good relationship with Government (e. g, Tax officer, Financial Authority) and to be a bridge for information exchange.
  - Well manage tax agencies to delivery high quality service.
  - Cooperate with other function to increase simplification and efficiency of tax process, assist in continuously improvement on internal procedures within finance team 
  - Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
  
  Requirements
  - University graduate in major of Finance/Accounting
  - More than 3 years of related accounting/tax working experience 
  - Capable of working independently and taking proactive actions
  - Be accountable with independence, the ability to prioritize work activities and work in tight timetable are also required
