我们正在招聘一位运维专员，工作地点为上海浦东。

岗位职责：

1. AD域实验室系统，硬件选型，软件搭建，系统优化；
2. VLan局域网系统设置；
3. 公司主页网站后台编写，前端脚本代码编辑；
4. VPN设置；
5. 内部软硬件日常维护（PC、电话、会议系统、门禁系统、实验室管理系统、打印机、监控、网络交换机、AP、服务器、邮箱等）;
6. 负责各类办公软件安装、软件更新升级、系统调试、数据备份与恢复、病毒防治、应用程序改动、故障排除、入职离职员工电脑处理等;
7. 实施日常网络与系统监视工作，维护公司内部系统网络等正常运行，对网络等系统性能进行合理调整;
8. 及时响应各部门提出的IT技术支持要求;
9. 负责公司机房服务器及各应用系统服务器的的定期巡检及维护;
10. 完成公司安排的其他任务;

任职要求：

1、 大专以上学历，计算机及软件工程相关专业；

2、 1年以上相关工作经验；

3、 熟悉路由器、交换机、监控、防火墙、AP等网络设备；

4、 能够独立排查计算机软硬件故障并修复；

5、 有良好的沟通能力，工作积极主动。

优先录取：

1.    有编程相关经验，熟悉编程语言

We are now seeking for an IT helpdesk, working in Pudong, Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

1. Update AD domain laboratory system, hardware selection, software construction；

2. VLan system settings;

3. Company's home page website writing, front-end script coding;

4. VPN settings;

5. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's internal software and hardware (PC, telephone, conference system, access control system, laboratory management system, printer, monitoring, network switch, AP, server, mailbox, etc.);

6. Responsible for all kinds of office software installation, software update and upgrade, system debugging, data backup and recovery, virus prevention and control, application modification, troubleshooting, computer preparation or testing for on-board and resigned employees, etc.

7. Implement daily network and system monitoring, maintain the normal operation of the company's internal system network, etc., and make reasonable adjustments to the network and other system;

8. Respond promptly to IT technical support requirements raised by other departments;

9. Responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of the company's computer room server and application system server;

10. Other ad hoc work 

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, computer science or software engineering related majors;

2. 1+ years relevant experience;

3. Familiar with router, switch, monitoring, firewall, AP, and other network equipment;

4. Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software failures;

5. Have good communication skills and be proactive
