主要职责：

一、招聘工作（80%）

1、能深入理解公司业务战略、人力资源战略和相对应的人才数量和质量的需求，制定合理、有效的招聘需求计划；

2、建立并完善招聘制度和流程，根据公司年度人力资源计划调查、收集、分析各部门的用人需求，通过各类渠道实施招聘工作；

3、负责关键岗位人才的胜任力模型建设、人才梯队建设、能够配合业务进行人才盘点、选拔、培养等；

4、负责建立同行业人脉圈，加强市场信息收集，发掘并建立适合我公司所用的行业人才招聘库；

5、能和用人部门保持常态有效沟通，从HR角度提供专业意见，帮助用人部门招聘到合适匹配的人才。

二、培训工作（20%）

1、策划推进重点培训项目，组织内部课程研发工作，建设内训师队伍。

2、负责完成对培训的评估和跟进工作，并对培训计划进行优化；

3、拓展培训渠道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，开发培训课题，编制培训教材，编写培训教案。

任职要求：

1、性别年龄：性别不限，年龄30至40岁；

2、学历资质：本科及以上学历，人力资源/心理学/管理类专业，英语书面及口语良好；

3、工作经验：5年以上招聘培训工作经验，有时尚零售甲方或建筑设计类等周边行业工作经验优先，形象气质佳；

4、知识技能：熟悉招聘流程，对于招聘需求管理、招聘渠道管理、测评、吸引候选人方面有自己的理解和实践经验；具备独立开展招聘工作的能力和良好的课程开发及培训计划制定经验；

5、个人能力：良好的面试技巧及沟通协调能力，具备一定的谈判能力，职业性强。具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，有亲和力，较强的责任感与敬业精神。
