Position: General Service Manager in XI'an

We are recruiting a general service manager, based in XI'an.

Job Description

Purpose of the Job
? Manage all XAYEECO (XIAN ALSTOM YONGJI Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. ) equipments and utilities, as well as preventive maintenance to ensure the good availability for non-stop production
? Energy saving management

Objectives & Responsibilities
-- Equipment & Maintenance
? To be responsible for maintenance of the plant's utility, such as workshop infrastructure restructuring, water pipeline, power supply and relevant system maintenance, ensure that they are in good condition and meet EHS.
? Responsible for equipments preventative maintenance, machine installation, test and repair, assisting in training of manufacturing employees on equipment operation.
? Develop facility and equipment maintenance procedures, define and update annual preventive maintenance plan to keep facility and equipment on good condition.
? Supervise curative and emergent maintenance activities to ensure that maintenance standards are adhered to.
? Supervision of maintenance personnel, lead and develop a maintenance team, coach and motivate maintenance engineers, technicians and electric to improve their competence and performance.
? Provide technical support to machine daily inspection, preventive and curative maintenance.

-- Energy Saving Management
? Setup energy saving strategy and action plan, include water and electricity saving
? Coordinating with related departments to complete the saving actions on time
? Monitoring the energy saving progress, monthly report to Management Committee

Qualification

-- Educational Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or related area.

-- Technical Knowledge / Experience
? Over 8 years working experience of facility and equipment management in manufacturing enterprise, preferably with strong technical knowledge in machining
? Behavioural Skills / Competencies
? Strong sense of urgency, good planning, communication and execution ability
? Good analytical and problem solving ability.
? Good team spirit and people management skills.
? Good at English reading and writing and spoken.
? Strong sense of responsibility
