Responsibility :

1, Gas, packaged or bulk, for industrial needs / Purchase of molecules (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon...), rent of installations and associated services

2, Logistics services (expedition, goods reception, distribution, inventory management, storage services, handling, inventory)

3,Industrial removals and site relocations

4, Motor-driven logistic means  (rotary inventory device, motor-driven wagons, motor-driven forklift, rolling decks...) / Purchase, rent and associated services

5, Industrial supplies and tools (hand tools, electrical and pneumatic tools, tools for machine-tools...), Small measurement equipments and test devices that could be consider as tools, Manual devices for transport or loads manipulation, Accessories of lifting, stowage, rolling and conveying  (pallet trucks, hooks, pulleys...) - COTS including for production purpose

6, PPE - Personal protective equipment (head protection, hand protection, foot protection, protective clothing and protection in the working environment)

7, ESD and clean room products (grounding accessories, table and floor matting, workshop accessories, garments, shoes and personal equipments) / COTS

8, Measurement equipment (COTS) - Investments (group and projects) , rental and associated services

9,Industrial equipment for production / Investments (COTS & MOTS), rental and associated services

Requirement:

1, Regional suppliers : for specific regional suppliers,  (e.g.) countries eyes only, identify, negotiate and place under framework contracts; manage risks and conflicts; manage supplier performance and ensure that the businesses have the required level of performance and innovation. 2,Global suppliers: Ensure the understanding and adoption of Global category suppliers by the business.

3, A good understanding of the Group and business matrix organisation in order to ensure that the strategy is understood and adopted. 

4, 3+ years experience in Procurement. Experience working in project/program, design / product development with cross functional teams. Demonstratable experience in negotiation projects

5, Recognized professional qualification (CIPS, EIPM, ISM, MAI...) are desirable Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or Engineering degrees are desirable

6, Capability to work within cross functional and international multi organisational teams (teamwork)

7, Open minded (listen, share ideas etc.) and able to bring added value and new ideas

8, Good knowledge of a best practice acquisition Process.
