As a solution architect you’ll design, evaluate and deliver solutions by using architectural design principles to translate  business strategy into fit-for-purpose solutions.

岗位职责

●Designs and delivers solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and advance the architecture toward the target state. 

● Collaborates with the broader architecture community to ensure that the solutions align with target architectures and technology roadmaps. 

● Creates and maintains a solution lifecycle roadmap based on gap analysis for transitioning from current to future-state, including the technology lifecycle management. Is aware and actively applies business & enterprise technology roadmaps during the design of new IT solutions.  

● Documents and maintains the solution as-is IT landscape in the Enterprise Architecture Management Tool. 

● Prepares and presents project documentation for the architecture review board. 

● Works with our business groups to understand their business processes and information needs and works with other members of our informatics organization to identify and design solution options that support the business needs. 

● Assists IT BP in estimating project costs and efforts. 

● Performs the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required to ensure that information systems are designed and evolve appropriately.  ● Oversees or consults on technical architecture implementation activities, particularly for new and/or shared solutions. 

● Responsible for the architecture and design a system, component or module through effective design and coding with good quality.

● Provide architecture, design & guidance of technical stack for the development team. 

● Identifies and recommends technologies, methodologies and frameworks for projects. 

● Guide and coach other development engineers from technical area in the project and across projects such as design/code guidelines and design/code review.

任职要求

● Masters one or more of the following: 

○ Development skills on C# or Java with automated unit test skills. 

○ Full stack engineering discipline and practices. 

○ Popular frontend stack (Web Application). 

○ Popular backend stack and architecture pattern, including Web Service, RESTful Service, Micro Service, Database and Middlewares. 

● Deep understanding and experience of using Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), be able to clearly communicate design and architecture in popular OOAD approach

● Solid knowledge on software engineering, deep experience in popular software engineering practices, such as Scrum, DevOps 

● Solid knowledge and proven experience on enterprise IT and Cloud, China Cloud preferred

● Solid knowledge and proven experience on IOT, internet protocols, Cloud, big data, micro services, High Scalability, high availability, security, Mobile Internet, Database (SQL and NoSQL) etc. 

● Exhibits a Lean-Agile mindset, i.e.: 

○ Good enough instead of perfection 

○ Focus on “Reuse before Buy before Make” when providing direction on future solutions. The best solution may not need significant software development.  

○ Actively seeks for existing reusable building blocks that will shorten the design and increase the speed of delivery.

● Exhibits strong soft skills typically required as an Architect (i.e.: presentation and public speaking, negotiation, challenging the status quo, explaining complex matters in a simple way) 

● Has strong passion to bring value-adding technology to the business. Efficient work under high pressure and pursue excellence. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. 

● Self-motivated in learning new technologies and implementing quality software components 

● Good communication skills, both Chinese and English, in both oral and written 

● Healthcare domain knowledge is advantage
