Senior Software Development Engineer

Position Overview
Autodesk Construction Solution team is looking for a talented senior software developer to help promote the existing platform into a construction common data environment. As a vital part of the overall Autodesk Construction initiative, this team sites at the center of the Autodesk's attempt to revolutionize the construction business via modern technology. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing vital functional components into the current construction cloud, perfecting the platform architecture You will be, building new API to enrich an eco-system that will revolutionize the construction business, and implement the base modules that will be the foundation of multiple web / mobile applications. This is an opportunity to make something that directly impacts a sizable business in Autodesk.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement features， both backend service and front end experience
• Inject improvements and design enhancements into the data platform
• Build services with great robustness, scalability, performance and data processing capability
• Be the tech owner of the feature you build, working with Test and PM and UX to ensure the optimal user impact
• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with stakeholders, engineers, and technical partners
• Build and own monitoring, analytics, and logging of the services and feature you build
• Working with DevOps to ensure a proper on-prod support

Minimum Qualifications

MS or equivalent in Computer Science

5+ years software development experience

Hands on experience designing and developing scalable, resilient, distributed applications:

• HTTP-based API design
• Abstraction and cohesion for complex system or architecture
• Micro Service or Micro Front End
• Build, deploy, and orchestration of containerized workloads
• Event driven systems, message queues
• Distributed data stores, caching, and eventual consistency
• Observability at scale: monitoring, log aggregation

Experience with handling high throttle traffic

Able to conduct written and verbal technical communication in both Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in one or more of:Javascript/NodeJS, Typescript, Java
• Expertise in React/Vue/Angular family, and popular Front framework
• AWS: EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, SQS
• Monitoring solutions (e.g.: statsd/graphite, Prometheus, DataDog, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc)
• Logs aggregation: Splunk
• Experience with handing gradual system refactoring is a plus
• Big data solution experience is a plus
