1.As Senior Sales for Non-Japanese corporates, the candidate is responsible to set and drive the sales strategy for China & Asia corporates, western MNCs and NBFIs in China, and grow the sales pipeline for inbound, domestic and outbound deals.

2.The candidate is required to lead and manage the cash management sales team in China on their sales activities including deal origination, RFPs, presentation, client meetings and negotiation, account planning, and achieve the financial KPIs. 3.The candidate is also expected to work closely with Cash Product team to shape SMBC's suite of products to ensure market competitiveness. This includes ability to offer insights on market trends, clients' requirements and regulatory asks. 4.The candidate is also required to support TB China Head and other related team heads to enhance and transform TB China organization so as to meet NJP clients' requirements and expectations, and increase win ratio. 5.In addition, the candidate is required to work with internal stakeholders such as Corporate Banking RMs, Implementation, Operations, Legal/Compliance, TB Asia, overseas branches etc. to ensure an aligned and well-coordinated approach. 6.Other responsibilities include ensuring that the deals conform to SMBC's business strategy, risk acceptance criteria, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.

任职资格:

1.At least 12 years of sales experience with a proven track record in managing and growing the cash management business in China, preferably in a global financial institution

2.Deep understanding of the cash management products in China, local market nuances and regulations

 

3.Strong communication skills in English and Chinese -written and verbal

 

4.Prior managerial experience will be an added advantage
