Job Description/职位描述：

  

1. Assist Store Manager operating brand store on selected e-commerce platform and executing daily/campaign work according to brand calendar; 

根据品牌计划协助店长店铺在电商平台推广及运营日常和活动推广执行工作；

    

2. Coordinate cross-function communication (internal/external) to assist in executing campaign/promotion work on selected e-commerce platform to achieve sales target and store rating;

协调跨部门沟通（内部/外部），协助执行店铺日常和促销活动工作，以实现销售目标和店铺评分为目标；

  

3. Prepare and monitor daily / weekly / monthly store data, and provide data analysis and store operation suggestions to improve performance;

整理每日/周/月监控的店铺数据，并根据数据分析结果提出营销改进措施和方案；

  

4. Assist in copywriting store product and store promotional campaign on homepage and product pages. Be responsible for checking homepage and product pages editing and monitor the performance; 

协助撰写店铺产品及营销活动文案，挖掘产品卖点，负责店铺和商品页面编辑建议及活动效果监测；

  

5. Prepare competitor analysis report, including competitor brand stores, products and prices, and provide suggestions and plan to Store Manger.  

整理竞品分析报告，包含竞争品牌店铺、产品、价格，并提出建议计划汇报给运营主管

   

6. Cooperate with cross-function team, such as designers, customer service and marketing for daily and campaign store operation, as such new product launch

与跨部门团队合作，包含设计师、客服和市场营销等，进行店铺日常和活动运作，如新产品的发布；

   

7. Complete other store operation tasks assigned by Store Manager;  

完成运营主管交代的其他店铺运营工作。

  

  

  

Job requirements/任职要求：

  

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least one-year experience operating on Tmall & JD and have experience operating Double 11 campaign is a plus;

本科以上学历，一年以上天猫运营和京东推广经验，经历过双11大促优先考虑；

  

 

  

2. Familiar with Tmall & JD platform, good operation and execution skills and can work under pressure in the fast-paced e-commerce industry;

了解天猫和京东等网络销售平台，优秀的运营及执行能力，能在快节奏的电商行业工作；

  

3. Can proactively take responsibilities, be a strong team player and love ecommerce.

有强烈的责任心，团队协作能力强，工作积极主动，热爱电子商务；

   

4. Fashion retail, luxury, skincare, and cosmetic operation or sales experience preferred； 

时尚、精品、美妆护肤箱运营或销售经验优先。
