工作职责/RESPONSABILITIES:

- 知悉LING LONG提供的菜品、饮料知识

- To have basic knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by LING LONG

- 贯彻LING LONG的服务标准

- Follow all LING LONG service standards

- 确保服务的流畅，按时完成餐前准备工作

- Insure the smoothness of service with on-time food delivery

- 按照标准完成餐具的清洁。

- Mise en place and setup the restaurant following standards

- 通过专业的良好的职业态度传达餐厅的正面形象

- Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude

- 将顾客的讯息准备地传达给主管

- Relay information to direct supervisor

- 完成主管传达的后续的任务

- General maintain of working area and restaurant

- 正确地使用餐厅设施器械并保持清洁

- Use properly and keep clean all materials, equipment and furnitures

- 在服务菜品时小心谨慎，尊重主厨原创

任职要求REQUIREMENTS：

1）3年合同3 Year commitment 6个月试用期6 months probation

2）可以接受轮班制Be able to work for flexible hours

3）英文口语良好Good English speaking 1年西餐厅同岗位工作经历1 year experience at same position in western restaurant

4） 熟悉使用Micros系统Micros system

5） 毕业于酒店行业优先考虑Graduated in Hospitality industry is a plus

Ling Long, located in Sanlitun, one of the most prosperous areas in Beijing, and hidden in the historic Bei Zhaolong Hotel. Starting from the fall of 2019, a new vision of dining came to Beijing.
