Job description

职位描述

· Be responsible for leading all e-commerce campaigns and online social activities: planning, organizing, executing, tracking, and reporting. 负责领导所有的天猫/京东电商活动和新媒体线上活动，包含：计划、组织、执行、跟踪和报告。

· Be responsible for developing china entry/digital marketing strategy, content creation and helping to adapt brand messaging to different social channels. 负责客户品牌的中国市场扩展和新媒体策略，内容创建传递品牌信息到不同的社交渠道。

· Be responsible for project management, client communications, campaign promotion and reporting based on confirmed budget and KPI. 根据确认的预算和KPI，负责项目管理、客户沟通、活动推广及汇报。

· Resourceful to ensure proper execution and achievement of KPI goals. 确保正确执行和实现KPI目标。

· Develop copy and content for clients’ social media accounts e.g. WeChat and Weibo. 为客户的社交媒体账户(如微信和微博)开发文案和内容。

· Develop high-level integrated marketing strategy and concept for digital marketing campaign including e-commerce and social media activations that can generate fan following and brand engagement. Own the brand story for our clients across all channels, maintain a consistent voice and vision. 为整合性数字营销活动制定营销策略和概念，包括电商和社交媒体活动，提高粉丝关注和品牌参与。确保所有平台保持一致的品牌故事、内容和理念。

· Work with internal cross-function teams (including E-comm operation, Designer, Customer Service, Digital Media teams to create weekly and monthly reports for client to update e-commerce’s sales and propose optimization or next step action plan. 与内部跨职能团队, 包括: 电商运营、设计师、客户服务、数字媒体团队合作，为客户提供周报和月报，报告销售情况，并能提出优化建议或下一步执行计划。

· Have leadership or management experience in TP/advertising/digital/Social agencies. 在TP/广告/数字/社交媒体的领导/管理经验。

· Understand client brand’s DNA and unique selling point and can delivery this to external and internal function teams. 理解品牌文化和品牌独特性，并传达至内部和外部的团队。

· Responsible for maintaining and developing brand marketing strategy and leading content for social media platform following budget and KPI. 负责发展客户品牌中国市场策略和领导内容运营并维护社交媒体渠道，以及把控预算和KPI。

· Be knowledgeable of China social media (Weibo, WeChat, Tiktok, KOLs, etc.) and digital marketing tools available. 熟悉国内社交媒体和电子商务工具的运用，（如微博，微信，抖音，KOL等）

· Excellent English and Chinese writing and verbal skills. Must have good communication and presentation skills, be teamwork oriented, cheerful and talkative. 杰出的中英文书写和口语。必须有良好的沟通和表达能力，喜爱团队合作，愉快和健谈。

· Be a good team player, take responsibility, proactive, creative and open-minded

• 3-5 years related working experience in social media or advertising company is preferred. Bonus points if have work experience at a TP and understand Tmall & JD ecosystems. 有三年以上相关新媒体工作经验或广告公司相关工作经验者优先考虑。若有TP工作经验并了解天猫和京东平台更加分。
• Can meet the deadlines and handle under-pressure situations. 能在压力下领导团队及按时完成任务。
• Bachelor degree or above, major in business, marketing, advertising is preferred. 本科及以上学历，主修商科、市场营销、广告等相关专业可优先考虑。
