Tasks：

- Retrofit project overall management systemically
- Organize retrofit meeting / meeting minutes summary
- Support for all retrofit project and team related topics and issues
- Internal coordinate with preparation and workshop colleague
- Spare parts inbound/outbound/ vehicle transportation
- Vehicle EE update support
- Customer satisfaction survey management
- Parts ordering and real‐time monitoring
- Maintain PIT/ E logistic system and review/ distribute/ release work orders
- Workshop daily operation support, facility calibration, equipment maintenance and annual check, etc
- Support knowledge sharing platform maintenance.
- 3D printing documentation / engineering support

Requirements：
- Good at windows office tools
- Good at socializing/interacting
- Fluent English communication is recommended
- Basic understanding Vehicle EE system
- Python / VB / German is as a plus.
