We are now seeking for a total rewards specialist, working in Pudong, Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's strategy and business needs, to understand the current status of the company's internal and external salary performance, formulate the company's salary performance-related work plan, and provide information and data support for human resources-related work planning;

2. Responsible for the construction of the company's salary management system, complete salary research and salary broadband combing;

3. Establish and improve company's performance management system, organize the performance goal setting, decomposition and tracking mechanism, and promote the implementation of performance management in various departments;

4. Responsible for the supervision and follow-up of various departments’ performance appraisal process, as well as performance application results;

5. Responsible for planning, implementing the company's various welfare policies, and managing various welfare suppliers, etc.;

6. Assist in the establishment and implementation of E-HR system related to C&B model, as well as daily maintenance and data analysis;

Requirements:

1. With bachelor or above education background，above 3 years in total rewards; experienced in salary consulting or salary analysis is preferred;

2. Familiar with salary report analysis and performance evaluation tools；

3. Be proactive, have good communication and coordination skills and the ability to resist pressure；

4. Have good work ethics, execution and a high sense of responsibility;

5. Familiar with labor laws, regulations and related policies, strong working principles, logical thinking, strong data analysis ability, data sensitivity and confidentiality awareness;

我们现在正在寻找全面薪酬专员，工作地点在上海浦东。

岗位职责：

1. 根据公司战略、业务需求，了解公司内外部相关的薪酬绩效现状，制定公司的薪酬绩效相关工作规划，为公司人力资源相关工作规划决策提供信息和数据支持；

2. 负责公司的薪酬管理体系建设，完成薪酬调研、薪酬宽带梳理；

3. 建立并完善公司绩效管理体系，组织绩效目标制定、分解及跟踪机制，并推动绩效管理在各部门的宣贯落地；

4. 负责公司各部门、员工绩效考核过程的监督跟进落地、绩效结果应用等；

5. 负责计划，执行公司各项福利政策，管理各项福利供应商等；

6. 协助公司的E-HR薪酬福利模块建立实施，及日常维护和数据处理；

任职要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上全面薪酬经验；有薪酬咨询或企业薪酬分析相关经验优先；

2. 熟悉外部薪酬报告分析、熟悉绩效评估工具的运用

3. 积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力以及抗压能力；

4. 具备良好的职业道德，执行力和高度的责任心；

5. 熟悉劳动法律法规及相关政策，工作原则性强，逻辑思维严谨，较强的数据分析能力、数据敏感性和保密意识；
