The Hardware Engineer provides subject matter expertise and works with a R&D team of microfluidic IVD equipment to ensure Fluotek continue to perform with new products, including development, optimization and launch of new product.

Responsibilities:

1. According to product planning and definition, complete the hardware design scheme selection and hardware scheme design, and conduct component selection and evaluation.
2. Complete hardware product development that meets functional requirements and quality standards.
3. Cooperate to complete the joint debugging of software and hardware, and make design changes according to product upgrade requirements.
4. Responsible for schematic design and PCB Layout, product assembly and circuit troubleshooting.
5. Responsible for product system hardware development and debugging, complete hardware design documentation.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in computer, electronic information, automation, communication, etc.
2. Familiar with at least one EDA software, with PCB layout ability, and good product usage.
3. Familiar with the basic knowledge of digital circuits and analog circuits, and have the ability to select and evaluate components.
4. Be proficient in using common measuring instruments, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
5. Strong hands-on ability, strong comprehensive analysis and information search ability, good teamwork spirit.

Desired Characteristics ：

1. Familiar with the embedded hardware design and development process, and be able to independently be responsible for circuit design and construction.
2. Proficiency in drawing electronic schematic diagrams and PCB diagrams, and have certain programming capabilities.
3. Familiar with the construction of the external circuit of the sensor, including photoelectric sensor, pyroelectric sensor, feedback processing and power supply noise reduction is preferred.
4. Passionate about new technology, independently carry out product development and product design plan planning.

作为硬件工程师，你将参与公司全线产品的硬件设计与开发，与软件/算法/机械等模块的研发人员合作完成新产品的开发与上市。

岗位职责：

1. 根据产品规划和定义，完成硬件设计方案选型与硬件方案设计，进行元器件选型及评估；
2. 完成符合功能要求和质量标准的硬件产品开发；
3. 配合完成软硬件的联合调试，根据产品升级需求进行设计更改；
4. 负责原理图设计和PCB Layout，产品组装及电路故障处理；
5. 进行产品系统硬件开发调试，完成硬件设计文档资料的整合；

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子信息类、自动化、通信等相关专业；
2. 熟悉至少一种 EDA 软件，具备 PCB 布板能力，并产品使用情况良好；
3. 熟练掌握数字电路、模拟电路基础知识，具有元器件选型及评估能力；
4. 能熟练使用常用测量仪表，如万用表、示波器等；
5. 很强的动手能力、较强的综合分析及信息搜索能力，良好的团队协作精神；

优先录取：

1. 熟悉嵌入式硬件设计开发流程，能独立负责电路设计和搭建；
2. 熟练绘制电子原理图、PCB图，并具备一定的编程能力；
3. 熟悉传感器外电路的搭建，包括光电传感器、热电传感、反馈处理及电源减噪者优先；
4. 热爱新技术，独立进行产品开发以及产品设计方案规划。
