As a Research Associate, you will participate in the research of IVD reagents, cooperate with the detection chip department to develop IVD equipment, and also participate in the department's new project establishment and related experimental design work.

    

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the research and development of IVD reagents and new product projects in biochemical/immune microspheres/tumor markers/CTC/nucleic acids.
2. Responsible for the performance evaluation and process optimization of in vitro diagnostic reagent products to improve the overall performance.
3. Responsible for screening and verifying new product materials and determining experimental plans.
4. Complete and accurate records of R&D data, writing of development documents and process documents.
5. Responsible for product performance research and verification, production process research, etc.
6. Participate in the compilation of various technical data, including raw material research, process technical documents, analytical performance research, stability research, product clinical trial related data, etc.

                            

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, biotechnology/bioengineering/biochemistry or other related background;
2. Experience in experiments is required, including but not limited to PCR, WB, cell culture, etc.;
3. Rigorous work, strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork ability;
4. Ability to read and retrieve English documents is preferred;

                    

Desired Characteristics ：

1. Experience in related research projects is preferred.
2. Enthusiasm for the in vitro diagnostic industry and certain industry foresight is preferred.

作为研发实验员，你将参与体外诊断试剂的研发工作，协同检测芯片部门开发集成诊断设备，同时也会参与部门新项目立项及相关实验的设计工作。

    

岗位职责：

1. 参与生化 /免疫微球/肿瘤标志物/CTC/核酸等方向的IVD试剂研发及新产品立项；
2. 负责体外诊断试剂产品性能评价、工艺优化，提升综合性能；
3. 负责筛选、验证新产品原料，确定实验方案；
4. 完整准确记录研发数据，开发文档和工艺文件的撰写
5. 负责产品性能研究及验证、生产工艺研究等；
6. 参与各类技术资料编写，包括原材料研究、工艺技术文件、分析性能研究、稳定性研究、产品临床试验相关资料等；

                            

任职要求：

1. 硕士学位及以上学历，生物技术/生物工程/生物化学或其他相关背景；
2. 需要有实验相关经验，包括但不限于PCR、WB、细胞培养等；
3. 工作严谨、责任感强、团队合作能力强；
4. 有阅读和检索英文文献能力者优先；

1. 拥有相关产品的科研项目经验者优先；
2. 对体外诊断行业抱有热情，并有一定行业前瞻力者优先。
