As a Researcher, you will participate in the research of iIVD reagents, cooperate with the detection chip department to develop IVD equipment, and also participate in the department's new project establishment and related experimental design work.

    

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting research in liposome synthesis, including experiments in liposome encapsulation, formula selection, surface modification, etc.
2. Understanding the research concept and direction of the Research Lead, and completing relevant solution experiments accordingly and independently.
3. Documenting experiment processes, participating in analysis to experimental results and assessments to directions of experiments.
4. Keeping routine lab maintenance, managing procurement demands in lab supplies and appliances.

                    

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry with relevant research background.
2. Research or work experience in liposome related projects preferred.
3. Good command of English, excellent skills in searching and reading references in English.
4. Enthusiastic in innovation and new product research and development, thriving in teamwork.

作为研发实验员，你将参与体外诊断试剂的研发工作，协同检测芯片部门开发集成诊断设备，同时也会参与部门新项目立项及相关实验的设计工作。

    

岗位职责：

1. 主要负责脂质体合成，包括脂质体包裹、配方选择和表面修饰等相关实验；
2. 按照研发负责人研发理念和方向独立完成相应的制剂实验过程；
3. 负责记录实验过程、参与实验结果的分析与实验方向的判断；
4. 负责实验室的日常维护，实验材料、器具的选购；
5. 完成领导交代的其他事情。

                        

任职要求：

1. 分析化学相关研究背景，硕士及以上学历；
2. 科研或工作中参与过脂质体相关项目者优先；
3. 有较强的阅读和检索英文文献能力；
4. 有较强的新产品研发热情，富有团队精神。
