As a Researcher, You will participate in the research and development of bio-innovative drugs, as well as the department's new project establishment and related experiment design.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cell biology experiments in R&D laboratory, such as cell culture (suspension culture), vector construction, recombinant antibody, cell transfection, etc.
2. Record and organize the results data, report the problems during experiments in time, write the experiment reports accurately.
3. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree and above, major in cell biology & Biotechnology preferred;
2. Very good technical knowledge in cell biology related experiments, experience in protein purification preferred;
3. Self-motivated, active at work, enjoy biology lab experiments;
4. Responsible, clear thinking, and good communication skills and team spirit.

Desired Characteristics ：

1. Familiar with protein purification experiments is preferred;
2. Candidates with overseas education background are preferred;
3. Experience in flow cytometry is preferred.

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，细胞生物学、生物技术相关专业；
2. 具备良好的专业理论基础，拥有实验室细胞生物学相关工作经验；
3. 积极主动，踏实肯干，热爱生物研发工作；
4. 工作严谨负责、思路清晰，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

1. 熟悉蛋白纯化实验者优先；
2. 拥有海外教育背景的人选优先；
3. 拥有流式细胞经验者优先；
