岗位职责:
1、负责学院讲师、新讲师培训的课程研究、教案制定;
2、负责开发新的教学培训项目、方案制定;
3、负责教学培训课程讲授;
4、负责新任拓训师的培训管理工作;
5、负责教学培训项目的组织实施、培训总结;
6、负责培训管理的规划、计划、总结等工作;
7、其它工作。
任职资格:
1、985/211本科及以上学历，有丰富的老师培训和管理经验，师范类院校优先，有教师资格证、公考、会计授课经验的优先；
2、具备熟练、较高质量的文案组织能力，熟练使用常用的办公软件；
3、具有较好的方案策划能力，在现有课程体系内,能够针对各个讲师类型制定培训方案；
4、较好的形象、气质，良好的语言表达力，热爱教育培训行业，有责任心、耐心，善于协调关系解决问题，良好的抗压性。                                   

 Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for curriculum research and teaching plan formulation of college lecturers and new lecturers training;

2、Responsible for developing new teaching and training programs and making plans;

3、Responsible for teaching and training courses;

4、Responsible for the training and management of new extension trainers;

5、Responsible for the organization and implementation of teaching and training programs and training summary;

6、 Responsible for the planning, planning and summary of training management;

7、Other work.

Qualifications:

1、985/211 bachelor degree or above, with rich experience in teacher training and management, teachers' college is preferred, teachers' qualification certificate, public examination and accounting teaching experience is preferred;

2、Skilled in document organization with high quality, proficient in using common office software;

3、Good program planning ability, capable of developing training programs for different types of lecturers within the existing curriculum system;

4、Good image, temperament, good language expression, love education and training industry, responsible, patient, good at coordinating relations and solving problems, good pressure resistance.
