·         good written and verbal English communication skills

·         excellent skill of supplier management and overall supplier control

·         excellent skill of price negotiation and supplier sourcing

·         good managing SAP, MS office related software

·         Strong interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and positive interaction with clients, vendors and other team       members at all levels

·         Ability to learn and apply departmental or company policies, procedures and rules

·         Can work also along with night shift

Task/Area of responsibility:

build up supplier pool and set up strategy for different material groups

 pro-active research for reduction of procurement costs

 monitor the purchasing volume and identify further localization potential 

request for quotations, evaluations and negotiations of quotations 

monitor the raw material development

 identify and negotiate ratio potential while mass production 

ensure price better than overseas suppliers

 contractual agreements and relationship maintenance with different supplier 

set target agreements with suppliers

 supplier development and management for quality, delivery, price

 implementation of Design to Cost

 accompanying the simultaneous engineering process

 turkey solution for purchased parts 

analyzing and negotiations of quotations

 RFQ preparation and issuing

 application purchasing strategies on the project

 communication and information exchanging with project team members

 closing nomination letter with suppliers

 handover the project to series purchaser
