职位描述
1、工作摘要
负责公司销售产品的现场安装、调试、维修、培训验收和后期维护。
2、职责与工作任务
现场仪器系统开机调试、投放验收、维修维护、客户培训
完成现场验收服务报告 处理用户的各种技术咨询问题，对用户提供技术支持 建立用户跟踪记录表，定期回访
及时了解客户需求 根据公司要求参加业务学习培训、整理编制各类标准流程、操作规范
提交每月工作汇总报告 参与销售部产品现场演示、市场部产品展会等活动
在公司组织的用户技术交流培训会上，担任讲师
良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
完成领导交待的其他任务 3、任职资格 大学本科及以上学历 仪器仪表、环境工程、自动化、通讯、计算机、电子科技、分析化学 参加过公司类似产品相关知识的培训 需要了解水质分析仪器仪表、计算机、通讯网络、水质分析、化学、物理方面的知识 计算机操作熟练 良好的英文表达能力 现场服务工作经验2年以上
