A virtual prototype is a software executable version of a hardware system which is created from functional models developed using high level languages like C/C++ or systemC or generated from RTL (register transfer language). Our position is focused on SoC (system on chip) pre-silicon system and hardware architecture deployment, providing reference hardware models and software development platforms.

 

Job description

Minimum qualifications including BS (MS preferred) and >=3 years’ experience in virtual prototyping, SystemC and modelling of SoC or IPs. Candidates must have proficiency in C++ programming knowledge, familiarity with SystemC, TLM and prototyping flow for hardware architecture, IP and software development tools.

Candidates with below expertise can be a good fit:

• Expertise in C/C++, data structures, algorithms, OOP (object oriented programming) concepts.

• Expertise in SystemC, TLM and creating virtual prototype of SoC or electronic system.

• Strong understanding of System on chip (SoC) architecture, Semiconductor IPs, bus protocols, chip interface, communication protocol, design and verification concept.

• Familiarity with the functional specification of SoC at register level.
