RESPOSIBILITIES -

Work together with Project manager to follow each project cost analysis

Prepare project actual cost vs. budget and help pre-sales to quotation

Project management in system

Project contract management

Project cost control and project report preparation

Project tracking and coordinate regarding all projects issue with different department (sales department, Technology department and plant).

All work related to project, not limited to project COGS, GM analysis whatever for existence project, Forecast project, budget project, all reports preparation related project

All project control report preparation monthly and support operation director for projects cost management

Other jobs assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS -

1.Minimum of a bachelor degree

2.At least 2 years of professional experience; 

3.Knowledge of accounting and reporting software and experience designing financial spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

4.A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving

skills which support and enable sound decision making

5.Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate,

6.A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment

7.Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication
