职位描述

- For our Healthcare Sector in XI'AN,we are looking for a 销售行政(Sales Admin)


What are my responsibilities?

- 在公司相关政策范围内,为客户提供全方面的支持并 积极与各部门协调最终达到客户满意;负责协助完成所辖区域的销售任务;及时对所负责的市场的实际销售情况和促销政策的执行情况进行汇总、分析、反馈以保证公司制定正确的战略部署。

In line with the company policies, be responsible for providing support for customers in all field and coordinating with relevant departments in order to achieve customers satisfaction; fully support for promoting the growth of sales; in order to setting up the effective developing strategy, accounting and analyzing actual sales and implementation of promotion policies, and responding to the company in time;


1.Be responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers, sales representatives and sales commercial department in order to ensure the accuracy of consignment; be responsible for checking account and asking payment from customers regularly to ensure the accuracy of account.

通过与客户、销售代表的充分沟通及和商务部的协调确保客户所需货物准确及时的发出,从而保证客户货源充足;定期与客户对帐,催款,最终保证公司货款的及时回笼和客户帐目的准确并配合商务部确保客户回执,对帐单的签收返回.

2.Be responsible for building up good relationship and supporting sales representative to mange customers; explaining specific promotion policies to the customers in order to achieve sales target and other relevant works.

充分利用与客户保持的良好关系,通过对客户的关心和与之进行有效的交流,辅助所辖区域的销售代表共同进行客户管理。对于公司所有的促销政策,及时通知并解释给客户,使得公司的促销政策得以落实,最终共同保证完成公司下达的销售指标及其他项目的工作。

3. Be responsible for communicating with and caring for customers, solving all kinds of questions for customers in time, including but not just limited to: responding to customers complains, providing sound customers’ services. To meet customers’ needs, taking active part in contacting and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure customers satisfaction and specific objectives

以客户为导向,想客户所想,急客户所急,与客户进行充分有效的沟通,及时协调解决客户面临的各种问题包括直接患者的投诉,提供客户满意的客户服务。为了解决客户的各种需求,积极主动联系相关部门协调工作,确保客户对公司服务满意。同时,配合公司各相关部门工作,达到相关的目标。

4. Be responsible for collecting information from customers and reply in time; making actual sales report to support company for setting effective development strategy;

负责收集所辖区域内客户反映的市场信息,并及时给予反馈,以便公司随时了解促销活动的执行情况从而为下一步制定符合市场的战略部署提供信息。确保将客户的相关信息变更及时反馈给公司并监督完成修改。

- Above 1 year's relevant working experience.

1年以上相关工作经验。


1. Bachelor degree, majoring in Finance, international business or relevant.

财务、国际经贸等相关专业本科学历。

2. Have basic knowledge of English.
