职位描述

Key responsibilities:

 

Service Marketing

?      Well understand NA software and hardware upgrade application in different marketing segments and coordinate with NA application team to prepare effective marketing promotion material accordingly.

?      Well understand NA service product portfolio, including service contract, software upgrade options and hardware options to make effective marketing promotion material.

?      Work closely with CTU specialist, service team, application team and PLC marketing team to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of successful promotional programmes and campaigns in China for service.

?      To identify and engage with key customer accounts, both current and potential to define current and future service contract, hardware and software upgrade requirements.

?      Attend exhibitions, meetings and conferences for the promotion of the service products.

?      Maintain good customer and OEM relationships, providing regular contact and developing self as technical “go to person” within the industry and projecting a professional and competent image of Oxford Instruments and its products at all times.

?      Monthly marketing activities review and forecast to increase market activities effectiveness.

?      Monthly service marketing report preparation

?      CRM utilization in service team and build contact and enhance relationship with contract customer.

?      CRM utilization to support service marketing promotion.

?      Monthly CRM report and leads/opportunities/service pipeline analysis.

?      Summarization and communication for service customer satisfaction and NPS survey.

?      WeChat promotion material preparation, correction and edition.

?      Email promotion material preparation, correction and edition.

?      Brochure, handout, pull-up, etc. material preparation correction and edition.

?      NA key events organization and support: national customer meeting, national EBSD customer meeting.

?      Exhibition and workshop support: Marketing material preparation and travel to support when necessary.

?      Sales and service marketing materials management

 

 

Customer Contact

?      Communicate with customers with contract by marketing.

?      Promote a positive image of Oxford Instruments in all communications with customers, microscope manufacturers and OEMs, whether in person, by telephone or in writing.

?      Advice customers on the availability of Oxford Instruments instrumentation related system products, upgrades, support contracts, and other products. Ensure that the customer is kept up to date with latest product information.

Reporting

?      Provide service marketing reports within the agreed standards.

?      Provide service CRM reports within the agreed standards

?      Feedback information, suggestions, recommendations to product portfolio and marketing performance.

General administration

?      Maintain and develop knowledge of NA service products and their common applications, undertaking appropriate training where necessary.

?      Support marketing / sales, furnishing leads for system sales, upgrades, support contracts and other market intelligence whilst in contact with the customer.

?      Assist in knowledge transfer by training customers and other company employees when required.

?      Perform work safely at all times, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of health & safety requirements and operating in accordance with health and safety at work legislation.

?      Participate in training and development activities as required.

?      Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities in line with the scope and level of responsibility of the post, which might reasonably be required.

?      CS order processing and database maintenance. Quotation preparation.

Main working relationships

?      Reports to the Customer Success Executive

?      Works closely with sales team, service team and PLC marketing team.

?      Works closely with customers KOL, customer with contract, and OEMs.

?      In addition to the above described duties, the post holder may be requested to perform other related duties.
