、熟悉北京地区消防、安质监、建委等所有项目相关政府职能部门，办理有关项目开工、竣工等流程及手续，确保项目快速、顺利开工，客户按时入住；
2、报审阶段可作为对业主单点联系人，并与公司内部各个部门进行协调并取得报审所需文件；
3、懂得看图纸，熟悉相关国家建筑设计规范标准4、与消防主管部门、建设主管部门等建筑行业主管部门保持良好合作关系；
5、按季度上报建筑行政主管部门生产经营情况表；
6、随时关注消防主管部门、建设主管部门等网站发布的通知、公告及有关新的制度和政策；
7、熟悉并准备报审相关资料，代表公司与项目报审相关各单位进行协调工作，包括但不限于建设单位、设计单位、总包单位、监理单位等。

任职资格：
1、具有工民建、建筑学、建筑管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、具有4年以上建筑装饰行业工程管理经验；有办公装饰经验者优先；
3、了解和熟悉行业工程标准规范；
4、要有较强的社交和沟通能力；
5、熟练操作Office办公软件，有一定英文基础。
