• 为市场、销售团队提供技术支持，共同完成销售目标，并识别出新的潜在的应用机会；
• 与国际客户保持经常联系，以获得对产品的持续反馈，并快速回应客户的投诉，了解客户的需求，解决客户的问题，提供全面的应用解决方案；
• 从技术角度向公司其他部门提出意见和建议；
• 与销售人员一起识别新的应用机会，并与研发团队一起开发技术解决方案；
• 跟踪客户投诉，与客户服务和质量保证人员一起及时解决这些投诉；
• 上级分配的其他技术和市场方面的任务。

• 本科及以上学历，化工化学等相关专业，化学硕士优先
• 良好的英语口语能力，大学英语6级以上
• 良好的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力

• Provide technical support to sales and marketing team to accomplish the sales object jointly and to identify new potential application opportunities.

• Keep regular contact with international customers  for continuous feedback about our products and respond rapidly to their complaints, find out their needs, solve their problems, supply total application solution if needed.

• Give advice and suggestion from the technical point of view to other department inside the company.

• Application development – Work with the sales to identify the new application opportunities and develop the technical solution with R&D team.

• Customer complaints follow up – Work with the customer service and QA people to resolve these complaints timely.

• Others assigned to you in the technical and marketing area.

• Good education background on chemistry

• Excellent oral English skill, CET-6 minimum

• Logic thinking

• Communication skill

• Master on chemistry preferred
