Job Summary (Main responsibilities):
This position provides presales support to the HCIT sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Focus sales team efforts on maximizing revenue opportunities
? Give in-depth product/solution presentation and customized proposal to the users based on field survey.
? Prepare high-quality tender documents with the sales, service, R&D, finance and 3rd-party team’s help.
? Collection and analysis for competitors’ product and other marketing information
? Maintain the third-party product channel resource, i.e. storage, server, workstation, medical monitor, ups, barcode, printer,film digitizer, cd/dvd publisher etc.
? Maintain current Agfa HCIT product/solution knowledge and deliver product training to the sales team and distributors.
? Assist Product/Marketing Manager in organizing promotion, conference, website and other communication activities
Required competencies & skills
? Over 3 years HCIT product/pre-sales or service working experience,
? In-depth knowledge about HCIT product(Radio-PACS,RIS and Cardio-PACS) ,third-party solution(hardware, software &network) and medical modalities (CR,DR,CT,MR,XA,US,ES,PS etc)
? Familiar with hospital’s workflow, PACS product/solution of mainly PACS vendors in China.
? Good knowledge about medical protocols: DICOM, HL-7 and IHE profile etc
? Proficient in proposal, tender & presentation making.
? Can undertake working pressure and frequent business travel (over 2 weeks per month)
? Excellent team-work and time management skills
? Positive attitude, proactive, self starter, action and results oriented
? Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and markets
Required qualifications & years/type of experience
? Bachelor’s in IT, Medical or Biomedical Engineering.
? At least 3 years of product experience within the HealthCare industry
? At least 2 years of customer facing experience in the HealthCare industryG
