Role and Responsibilities

1, execute the assigned graphic design job

执行指定的平面设计工作

2, understanding the core points of each graphic design job

了解每个平面设计工作的核心点

3, within company processes and real situation, providing the graphic design, die-cut design, sampling, and wording for package; and company market documents design, making, and innovations

在公司流程和实际情况下，提供包装的平面设计、模切设计、抽样和文字；以及公司市场文件的设计、制作和创新

4, classify the design contains, and using all knowledges and innovation to make the package designed

对设计所包含的知识进行分类，并利用所有的知识和创新来设计软件包装

5, Need co-ordinate US Graphic Designer, Toys Designer, Toys Project Engineer to work together and ensure the design quality and timing.

需要协调美国平面设计师，玩具设计师，玩具项目工程师合作，确保设计质量和时间

6, Be responsible for Graphic Design execution and maintain, continuously improving the design expertise to keep up with company growing

负责平面设计的执行和维护，不断提高设计专业知识，促进公司的发展

7, Using self-expertise and knowledge, controlling the cost from design and guiding the production

运用自我专业知识，从设计上控制成本，指导生产

Needs:

1, 1-3 years in toys package design experience, as Jr. Graphic Designer. 3-5 years as Graphic Designer, 5-10 years as Sr. Graphic Designer. Good candidates with children product design, fashion design could be taken in consideration

1-3年玩具包装设计经验，担任小平面设计师。3-5年为平面设计师，5-10年为高级平面设计师。优秀人选有儿童产品设计，时尚设计可兼顾

2, sharp sense of package in toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions对玩具、儿童用品、宠物玩具、家居装潢和时装包装的敏锐感

3, western color and custom familiar well. Solid experience of identify theses

熟悉西方色彩和风俗习惯。扎实的论文鉴定经验

4, clear description why the product could be well accepted by market and not with solid cases (at least provide 4 different cases), fluently using Core-draw, Photoshop, or illustrator, or any software could help for Graphic

明确说明为什么产品可以被市场所接受，而不是用实体的案例（至少提供4个不同的案例），使用Coredraw、Photoshop或说明者，或任何软件可以帮助Graphic。

5, Strong desires of been a good graphic and package designer
