玩具产品经理---偏市场

Role and Responsibilities

1, collect and analysis retail market for Product tends, provide suggestions of company product developing directions.

2, responsible for product developing strategies, working with US Product Designer to come up with detail of products design

3, provide clear wish list to search the products, components,

4, develop the product line, mainly toys, cosmetics, and all children products

5, could base on sales data, to develop the coming generations of good sales products

6, making clear specifications, execute the design to products

7, review and approve the cost of products

8, guiding the product manufacturing.

Remarks

1, Product Manager. Good candidates with children product design, fashion design could be taken in consideration

2, sharp sense of toys, children product, pet toys, home deco, and fashions, with US market experience will be a plus.

3, western color and custom familiar well. Solid experience of identify theses

4, clear description why the product could be well accepted by market and not with solid cases (at least provide 4 different cases)

5, Strong desires of been a good Product Manager

6, good people skill

7, good working habits with quick response

8, Perfect English, with good office skills.

角色和责任

1、收集和分析产品的零售市场趋势，为公司产品的发展方向提供建议。

5、能根据销售数据，开发出下一代良好的销售产品

6、明确产品规格，执行产品设计

7、审核批准产品成本

8、指导产品制造。

需求:

1、1-3年玩具设计经验，Jr.产品经理，3-5年产品经理，5-10年高级产品经理。儿童产品设计、服装设计均可考虑

2、有敏锐的玩具意识，儿童产品，宠物玩具，家居装饰，时尚，有美国市场经验者优先。

3、熟悉西方色彩和习俗、扎实的论文鉴定经验。

4、清晰的说明为什么该产品能够被市场接受，而不是用坚固的案例(至少提供4个不同的案例)

5、强烈渴望成为一名优秀的产品经理

6、良好的交际能力

7、良好的工作习惯和快速的反应

8、英语流利，电脑操作熟练。
