Job Summary

The Business Development Manager - Corporate Outreach Program focus on new accounts and achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities around our specific locations. 

This role will also have Account Management responsibility for some of our existing corporate clients with the mandate to develop the relationship and increase penetration.

 

This is a very dynamic position that will require your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work with several stakeholders at a time.

 

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager - Corporate Outreach Program is accountable for:

• The establishment and execution of new accounts game plan in target areas around our existing locations in Shanghai.
• Achieving sales and commercial objectives by acquiring new business: identifying potential opportunities, securing new prospects, conducting presentations, negotiating deals and developing new accounts.
• Manage and increase penetration of existing accounts.
• Achieving the key KPIs (new leads, new joiners and new accounts) as set by the direct reporting line.
• Driving revenue growth through new lead generation for the sales team.
• Maintain and update prospects and accounts game plan weekly.

 

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years corporate sales experience, preferably in sizeable company or multinational company.
• Degree holder preferred.
• Sales and results oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and handle consistent workflow.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
