Python and Java application support with at least 1 years of IT experience, and total all of IT experience above 3 years.

    

    

Job Requirement

• Application Support
• Python and Java application L2+L3 Support, will be responsible for overall service delivery of cloud platform and applications deployed in the respective cloud
• Application in Python and Java monitoring for monitoring the events, and create cases for significant alerts and reach out to respective resolver groups
• Experience in Python/JSON/PowerShell/Terraform
• Experience in Java/Java Script
• Experience in Oracle/SQL Server/SQL Scripts/Postgres
• DevOps & ITIL
• Application support for -
• Any investigation and resolution of events / cases raised by monitoring teams
• To make any configuration changes and hardening security of the platform and application environments
• To on-board a new application / environment
• Perform regular maintenance or upgrades without any impact to end user
• Responsible for Incident, Problem, Change and Release management
• Work with Cloud Service Provider's support teams if necessary to resolve cases
• Work with other infrastructure teams to resolve any integration issues (e.g., authentication)
• Provide operational insights on daily basis
• Status update to be provided to management on weekly basis
• INS experience will be plus.

Global运维项目，提供二线，三线支持，英语口语需要熟练沟通。 运维一些java的应用，需要会写python脚本。
