1. Highly skilled and creative camera operator;
2. Work closely with director, producer and creative team at DJI;
3. Act as primary cinematographer and camera operator for all upcoming product campaigns and video shoots;
4. Able to assemble and manage camera and lighting crew;
5. Develop new and creative shots for upcoming campaigns;
6. Manage digital video files.

职位要求：

1. At least 7+ years experience in the industry with at least 5 years of shooting and editing videos for commercial purposes;
2. Passionate about storytelling and going the extra mile for a perfect shot;
3. Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work in small crews, and a high level of flexibility;
4. Ability to perform well under pressure and to keep a high work ethic;
5. Good communication skills (English and Chinese).
Professional skills:
1. Strong understanding of various types of cameras (Arri, RED, BlackMagic, etc.) ;
2. Proficiency in lighting and grip;
3. Experience with product tabletop shoot;
4. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Plus：
1. Strong understanding of current social media platforms, especially YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram;
2. Strong understanding of new marketing and video trends across the social media platforms;
3. Experience on Documentary is a plus;
4. Proficiency in Da Vinci Resolve is a plus;
5. Ability to operate gimbal/steadicam is a plus;
6. Ability to operate a drone such as the DJI Inspire 2 system is a plus.
