The Business 

We provide risk consulting and financial modelling software solutions primarily to the insurance industry. We help clients improve business performance and create competitive advantage in areas related to financial and regulatory reporting,enterprise risk management, M&A and corporate restructuring, and product andmarket strategies. 

WillisTowers Watson’s Insurance Consulting & Technology business helps clientsimprove business performance. We use our deep analytical skills to solvepractical business problems, applying the latest techniques and softwaresolutions to help clients measure and manage risk and capital, grow revenue andcreate competitive advantage.

 

The Role

As an entry level associatewithin Insurance Consulting & Technology (ICT) you will be responsible for providing assistance in the management of projects within the ICT team.

Performance Objectives: 

Clients 

1.Deliver tasks that meet or exceed client expectation; 

2.Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improveprocesses;

 

Excellence

1. Assistwith business planning, pricing, valuations, product development, design andsales of life insurance products;

2. Support Merger and Acquisition projects and insurance company restructuringsand floatation;

 

People

1.Build strong relationships internally and with client representatives;

2.Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing withclients/colleagues at all levels;

The Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or MasterDegree) or above in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or numerate relatedfields;

2. Undertaking an approved international actuarial qualification and be partway through the exams;

3. Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese;

4. Strong actuarial and technical analytical skills;

5. Strong computer/programming skills (i.e. spreadsheets, databases, VBA).
