Global Operation Engineer 

工作地点：上海

 

主要职责：
1, Work with Project Manager and developers on UI design of digital tools for Operation teams.
2, Optimize UI/artwork design for websites and report dashboards from Operation teams.

3, Conduct user behavior analysis and optimize UI/workflow/data flow with Data Project Manager

4, Communicate to understand the requirement and deliver user orientated designs.

5, Adapt to Agile SCRUM practices to work with different roles in the projects and provide timely deliverables.

6, Assist on some projects by working with senior operation engineers as needed.

 

职位要求：

1, Master degree, open to Majors of Computer Science, Industrial Design, e-Commence, Mechanical, Material Science or related.

2, Great passion on UI related artwork designs, website or UI design experience is a plus

3, Working level verbal/written English
4, Familiar with MS. Office tool.
5, Be able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work independently under aggressive timelines.
6, Self-motivated to drive expected result with appropriate guidance from buddy or project mentor.

7, Be flexible to grow at other roles in Agile team or other related functions for career development.
