Report to      Head of Retail and Marketing – Asia

Key Responsibilities

-       Brand ambassador;

-       Achievement of 100% or more of sales targets;

-       Staff management; store coverage, team motivation, task delegation, and talent development;

-       Inventory management; proactively maintain stock levels to meet sales targets;

-       Store costs; manage store operating costs aiming to minimize expenses;

-       Regular reporting; internal system requirements, daily financial and sales reporting, weekly and monthly marketing reports;

-       Work with local marketing team to create activities which directly increase store sales;

-       Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience in store measured by a high level of customer satisfaction;

-       Oversee after sales activities, coordination of all elements to guarantee highest level customer service;

-       Guarantee Store and staff presentation perfectly follow Baccarat guidelines.

Core Competencies

-       5 to 8 years experience in luxury or household article industry, at ease selling and managing expensive products to very demanding client;

-       Acute sense of luxury and customer service;

-       Excellent brand ambassador; able to promote brand through local network; have VIP event experience;

-       Well organized, flexible, able to cope and react to changing situations, good at prioritizing;

-       Excellent interpersonal skills; team builder and problem solver;

-       Good English and Chinese skills are preferred.
