Main responsibility:

• Consolidate shops customer orders and place orders
• Response to shops enquiries on product availability, goods arrival date, price and other operations matters.
• Provide support to shops on POS operational problems and stocks transfer.
• Coordinate with DHL/Tianwan logistic to provide support for sales team on customer deliveries.
• Following up with the goods arrival date, product enquiries and other product related enquiries by the sales team.
• Following up with the shipment damage claim and status of replacement request.
• Review all shops POS inventory to ensure stock transfer in/out is completed.
• Provide input and suggestions on the forecasts for new products proposed by sales team.
• Review shop’s stock orders by comparing stock level and past 6-12 months sales results.
• Support Operations Manager in the implementation of the visual merchandising policy as defined by the headquarter.
• Visit stores regularly and feed them with all needed information on products and tools.
• Work with Retail Manager and Sales Team on promotion package & on slow moving items.
• Work with vendor on the production of new visual merchandising tools.
• Ensure new season visual merchandising guidelines are carried out accordingly by all shops.
• Assist in all the office administration affairs

Requirements:

• 5-6 years relevant  working experience preferably in logistic/foreign trade
• spoken and written English
• strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office
• detail-oriented, with good planning, organization and execution capabilities, able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• good work ethic and team work spirit
