Report to   Store Manager/ Store in-charge

主要职责Major Responsibilities:

• 店铺日常运作 
  Responsible for the daily store operations
• 提供优质客服，营造与品牌形象相一致的店铺环境 
  Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
• 联系现有客户与潜在客户，建立和维护客户关系 
  Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationship
• 确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态 
  Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• 解答客户的询问和疑虑 
  Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns
• 执行销售方案，参与市场活动和促销计划，完成既定的销售指标及VIP开发、维护指标
  Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs, to achieve individual sales target and VIP develop and maintain target
• 向上级汇报店铺运营情况 
  Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management
• 完成销售记录和销售报告, 定期清点库存
  Keeps records and reports on sales activities, regular physical count of inventory
• 完成上级指派的其他任务 
  Other duties as assigned

录用条件Core Competencies:

• 具备高中以上学历
• gh School education back ground above
• 具有1-2年相关行业销售经验
• ove 1 or 2 years related working experiences preferred
• 热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯
• ssionate in luxury industry and wish to develop personal career path
• 具有高度的工作热情，积极进取的工作太态度，优秀的客户服务意识
• th strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated, active sales acquisition & customer service
• 具备英语能力者优先考虑
