RESPONSIBILITIES  &  SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES   

 Propose sales plan - 30%   

 Execute the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan and KPI - 30%   

 Focus on business development locally controlled to meet given KPI in both GP / volume - 10%   

 Develop business with assigned targets/clients - 10%  

 Providing marketing intelligent information to sales management - 10%   

 Sales leads exchange with FESCO branch offices and global agent network - 10%      

 KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

 Education 

 Bachelor degree or above (Business administration / commercial background preferred)   

 Job Experience 

 One year or above (International Freight Forwarding / International Trading preferred)   

 Knowledge and Skills

 International trading and forwarding fundamental knowledge   

 Commercial business negotiation skill   

 Both written and oral English skill   

 Desirable Job Competencies 

 Able to manage cross-functional interfaces   

 Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, delegate and control)
