Job description

职位描述

·        Work with internal cross-function teams (including E-comm operation, Designer, Customer Service, Digital Media teams to create photo/video content to best deliver campaign’s goal. 与内部跨职能团队, 包括: 电商运营、设计师、客户服务、数字媒体团队合作，以实现活动目标为主创作照片/视频内容。

·        Be responsible for developing and planning content (photos/videos) for social media and e-commerce platforms, which involves in pre-planning and script-writing. 负责制作新媒体线和电商平台的内容，包含短视频和照片，以及参与短视频前期策划与脚本编辑。

·        Be responsible for photo and video’s post product editing work. 负责照片和视频的相关后续精修和剪辑工作。

·        Manage a list of freelance and production resource in order to product content deliverables based on confirmed budgets and client’s brief. 管理外包和其他设计/摄像师资源清单，以便根据确认的预算和客户的要求创作内容视频或摄像作品。

Job requirements

·        Proficient in PS, PR, AE, animation is preferred. 熟练运用Ps，Pr，AE，会动画者优先。

·        Familiar with tiktok and other social media platform’s short-form videos’ creation and editing process. 熟悉宣传片，抖音和其他新媒体平台短视频剪辑流程。

·        Have strong communication skills, can turn text script into video. 负责发展客户品牌中国市场策略和领有良好的沟通能力，有能力把文字脚本转化成视频。

·        1-2 years related working experience in photography, video-shooting and have knowleage of how to handle cameras and mobile phone for shooting content. 一至两年相关摄影、摄像工作经验，以及熟悉操作摄像机和手机拍摄。

·        Good team player, proactive and have creativity that inspire others for more ideas. 有团队精神、积极、有创意并能激发团队创意想法。

·        Bachelor degree or above, major in design, photography, filming is preferred. 本科及以上学历，主修摄影、设计专业可优先考虑。
