职位概述 Role Description

负责项目的合同协商、客户汇报；项目日常管理、资源分配，预算等以确保项目成果的高效成功交付；充分理解并响应客户需求，保持良好客户关系并确保高标准的设计成果。

The role is act as a professional business partner with responsibility for contract & project daily management, client meeting, resourcing assigned and budget to ensure project successful delivery. Ensuring the client’s requirements are responded in proper way or fulfilled and maintaining good relationship with clients in all level.

岗位要求 Position Requirement

建筑或相关专业本科或以上学历；至少10年设计工作经验，其中2-3年为设计公司项目管理经验，大型商业综合体设计全过程管理经验；熟悉国内建筑设计规范；持有国家一级注册建筑师资格；中英文流利；优秀的客户沟通技巧，很强的解决问题和时间、项目管理能力；精通AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、InDesign、Office，熟练Rhino 和Revit 更佳。

Bachelor or above major in architecture or construction; At least 10 years’ experience in a design firm includes 2-3years in a project management role with strong management experience in mixed-use projects; Familiar with China architecture and construction regulation/code withholding 1st Class Registered Architect Certificate in China; Fluent both Chinese & English; Strong client effective communication, problem solving and time & project management skills; Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, InDesign and Office etc. Familiar with Rhino and Revit would be a plus.
