• Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labor force and contractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.

• Ensure the project site daily cleanliness and organizing the site.

• Work with the Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing and monitoring progress.

• Check design documents & drawings from the Design team and PMC (if there is) to ensure the technical applicability and compared to site constraints, including assistance of the surveyors and engineers from the client’s team.

• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed at site.

• Maintain regular communication and attend all required meetings with contractors, as well as the PM to inform of progress on the project, i.e. stakeholder management.

• Assist the PM/APM to provide site reports and all the necessary documents during the construction phase.

• Site Communication with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project if necessary

• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

• Support and overseeing contractors to ensure their work meets contractual conditions and of good performance.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• 10-15 years of proven related experience in construction management; experience with office project is essential.

• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
