1. Develop BD strategies for Strategic Partnership portfolios and accounts to serve the overall EC business
2. Identify, initiate, drive and qualify Strategic Partnerships accounts through BD lifecycle from sales pitch, deal negotiation, sign-off and launch
3. Conduct account management of Strategic Partnerships and drive the internal force to deploy SP strategy and targets
4. Work as the key window to lead the account development externally throughout the account management lifecycle
5. Work and align with EC internal function teams to close and launch deals

Requirements

1. 8 years of business development experiences in payment, network, hotel, OTA industries and strong relationship management skill, technical background in hotel，OTA and QR code areas preferred
2. Strategic thinking, strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superiors & external stakeholders to drive projects with little direction
3. Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
4. Must have start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
5. Can drive for results in ambiguity with the ability to achieve outcomes with little guidance
6. Bachelor degree is required with preference for MBA degree
