Responsibilities:

1. Lead the T&E team for daily individual reimbursement transactions.

2. Review and approve individual reimbursement payment performed by T&E team according to compliance, travel policy.

3. Review and approve 3rd party payment documents performed by 3rd party payment team align with compliance policy and tax requirement.

4. Provide guidelines and instructions to the T&E team member and resolve complicated payment issues

5. Maintain and keep standard operating procedure and documentation

6. Deliver the employee training for the reimbursement policy, including new joiner and BU’s meeting

7. Assist AP Supervisor to establish and monitor the team member performance KPI

8. Drive continuous process improvement and process quality initiatives to ensure that T&E payment processes are optimized for both efficiency and effectiveness

9. Actively support other internal Ad Hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

    

    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting

2. 5 years working experiences in accounts payable management or other relevant /similar accounting areas

3. Working experience in medical company is preferred

4. Good language capabilities for both English & Mandarin, fluent in both written & spoken

5. Strong communication skill and problem-solving skill

6. Good team player

7. Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with integrated operational system like SAP, JDE, etc.;
