岗位职责：

1.搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息；

2.编制单项材料采购计划并实施采购；

3.核对成本中材料采购价及项目分包价，要严格控制项目成本；

4.处理日常采购任务，完成采购订单制做，确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期，提交付款申请；

5.比较各材料及材料价格，选择对公司有优势的材料及服务好的厂商；

6.配合设计部提供样品、配合估价部投标询价工作；

7.完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.建筑、材料专业大专以上学历；

2.有3年以上建筑材料采购相关经验；

3.能与供应商保持良好的合作关系；

4.对建筑行业（土建、装饰、机电安装）内装非常了解，熟悉建筑行业采购流程；

5.英语良好；

6.能熟练操作办公软件、CAD；

7.可以接受较强的工作压力，沟通能力强，有亲和力；为人诚实守信。
