Tasks：

Localized components:
- Have regular meeting with supplier, make sure the supplier part status can meet the project milestone;
- Check the test with supplier, follow up the test result, make sure the part can be released before customer car;
- Define optimization measures and follow up the optimization progress together with suppliers.
Besides, all components:
- Make sure the data at the right position;
- Follow up the ramp up in JV, solve all the open issues;
- Cooperative with testing colleagues, solve the possible sub system failures.
Others:
- Change Management and documentation;
- BOM maintenance and Plausibility check;
- Plant trouble shooting;
- Travel to suppliers

Requirements：
- Knowledge of Wiring Harness;
- Engineering background;
- Experiences in Automotive industry esp. wiring harness development or project management;
- Bachelor or above degree；
- Good English language skills for oral and written communication.
