Job Mission:
Support customer to optimize existing applications, develop new use-cases, on HMI e-Beam Metrology & Inspection solutions, in order to enhance HMI technology adoption and increase HMI tool utilization in customer R&D and HVM

Job Description:
Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering teams. Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface. Manage product engagement with regular customer review meetings and bringing critical customer requirements to Account Team and RPM. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with passion for problem solving. Day-to-day activities includes front-line support at customer site with face-to-face interface as well as email and phone communications, characterizing issues reported, and driving timely solutions feedback to customer.
1. First line customer support role: working with customer daily on e-Beam Inspection & Metrology technical development. Drive and monitor HMI product & solution engagements at customer site
2. Project ownership: provide necessary input to RPM PL to define technical specs and timeline with customer; own SOW work-stream(s) and drive SOW execution
3. Bringing technical requirements or technical issues to RPM team
4. Conduct onsite product training / knowledge transfer to customer
5. Weekly reporting and tracking of customer engagement status; On-time reporting/escalation to AT and RPM upon business critical information/issues; Summarize BKM (best known method) and share within Apps team (extend to WW Apps team)
6. Location: Hefei or Wuhan is preferred
7. Travel: up to 30% travel required within China based on customer project; overseas travel is also required based on training/conference arrangement

Qualifications:
1. ≥Bachelor degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.
2. Solid knowledge of inspection & metrology tool usage; Customer M&I working experience is preferred
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Strong communication, plan & organization, x-sector collaboration and people/project leadership skills; Sensitive to dynamics at customer site
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures
6. Fluent English speaking & writing skills
